Duration of the harvesting campaign : 5 - 6 months

Number of days of harvesting : 140 - 150

Capacity of the processing unit : 58,500 : 140 = 417 T/ day

To keep on the safe side and to allow for further extensions : 450 Tonnes per day.

Processing : 24 hours per day, 6 days per week.

Sugar produced : granulated white

Packing : 50 kgs bags
